Q: The Design Tool says Java isn't enabled - how do I enable Java?

A:         Internet Explorer

        Select the Advanced Tab and scroll down to "Java (Sun)"
        Check the box next to the Java version
        Next, select the Security Tab, and select the "Custom Level" button
        Scroll down to "Scripting of Java Applets"
        Make sure the "Enable" radio button is checked
        Click OK to save your preferences


        Select Tools -> Options

        Click Web Features -> Select Enable Java

How much does this service cost?

A: Our luggage tags are priced by the set. A customized set of luggage tags consists of 4 tags imprinted double-sided personalized by you. The cost for a set of luggage tags is $19.95. Shipping is via the US Postal Service. We do offer expedited shipping. 2nd Day UPS is $25 and Next Day Saver UPS is $35.

Q: Do I have to order 4 identical luggage tags?

A: Yes. We produce a single sheet of personalized luggage tags from the sample that you design on our website. We cannot mix different designs on a single sheet of luggage tags.

Q: May I upload my own graphics?

A: Yes! Register for an account by simply providing your email address and selecting a username and password. You will then be able to upload your own graphics in the our Design Studio. Your graphics will be found under the "MY FILES" category.

Q: What are the specific guidelines for my graphic or photograph?

A: The uploaded image must ONLY be a JPG format file and in an RGB color format. Files must be at least 900 pixels x 600 pixels in size. We will scale your image upon upload to fit within the constraints of the tag width.

Q: What size graphic should I upload?

A: The ideal size for a graphic is 900 wide pixels x 600 pixels tall. It is recommended not to exceed a file size of 2000 pixels x 2000 pixels at 300 DPI.

Q: Can anyone else see or use my graphic I have uploaded?

A: No. Not without them having your email address. When you log in with your email address and upload a file, a new category at the top of the category pull down menu is created called "MY FILES". This category can only be seen by you when you are logged in under your email address. 

Q: Can I delete graphics from MY FILES?

A: At this time, you cannot delete a graphic you have uploaded to MY FILES. In order to have a file deleted, please email us and tell us which file you wish to delete.

Q: Are there any restrictions on the graphics I can upload?

A: You may not upload graphics that are copyrighted, indecent, pornographic, or otherwise deemed unacceptable. We reserve all rights to reject and/or delete any graphic that is deemed improper or illegal.

Q: What can I do with the uploaded graphic?

A: In the Upload section of the Design Studio, you will be able to resize, rotate, and pan (move) your graphic until it is positioned exactly as you want it to appear. 

Q: What is on the back of the luggage tags?

A: The back of the luggage tag is now open for design. You can design them with as much freedom as you have on the front. You can even simply click "Same as Front" and both sides will match.

Q: Can I slip my business card into the back of these luggage tags?

A: No. Our luggage tags are made from a core material that is then laminated on both sides. This permanently seals the graphic and your personal information under the lamination. There is no accommodation for a business card on the reverse side.

Q: How quickly can I expect to receive my tags?

A: In general we produce tags on a weekly basis (depending on the volume, that time might be longer or shorter). Once the tags are produced they are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). When your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We do not ship over weekends or on holidays. Most orders are produced within 7-10 days of purchase.

Q: What if I want to change the graphic after I have submitted my order?

A: Please be careful with the information that you enter. We provide a large preview of your tag for you to review before submitting. Make sure that you double check all information for accuracy before submitting your order. If you do submit an order that is incorrect, please email us the correction and we will do our best to correct the error before production. Once an order has shipped, we cannot correct the mistake.

Q: Are you sure that your site is secure for entering my credit card?

A: We use a secure, impenetrable 1024 bit SSL certificate for transaction processing encryption. Look for the secure hyperlink protocol in the URL window at the top of your browser and the secure site lock, typically displayed in the footer area of your browser window.
